Allocation Information

The Allocation Process

At Revlicas, we do not mass produce. Every 1:4 scale masterpiece is entirely hand-built from steel bodies and bumpers, featuring internal cumbustion engines, multi-gear transmission, and syncronized mechanical systems. Becuase a single build requires hundreds of hours of craftsmanship, our annual production capacity is strictly limited.

To ensure these mechanical sculptures are placed with collectors who share our obsession with atuomotive history and engineering, acqusisition is managed exclusively through a formal allocation system.

Phase 1: The Request For Allocation

The journey begins by submitting a formal Request for Allocation. This digital portfolio allows our team to understand your collection, your automotive background, and your vision for the commission.

During this initial stage, priority is granted to:

  • Collectors who own the real-life, full-scale counterpart of the model requested

  • Individuals with a documented history of comissioning bespke automotive art or high-end coachbuilding

  • Patrons vouched for by existing members of the Revlicas inner circle

Phase 2: The Consultation and Vetting

If your initial profile aligns with our production window, you will receive an invitation to an official Allocation Consultation. This live, private dialogue with our brand curators serves to finalize the intent of your commission.

All of our builds are one-off bespoke pieces. Please specify what type of heritage design you are looking to comission with your allocation.

  1. Signature Collection

    • Example Model: 69 Aero Muscle

    • Availability: Highly Limited Units

    • The Framework: Once these chassis numbers are assigned and hand-assembled, the tooling for this specific configuration will be permanently retired. It will never be manufactured again. This tier is designed for collectors seeking absolute, finite rarity and guaranteed long-term asset scarcity.

  2. Series

    • Example Model: Gen 2 Ray

    • Availability: Strictly Limited Units Per Calendar Year

    • The Framework: While the Gen 2 Ray staple of our portfolio and will be produced year-over-year, our physical manufacturing constraints mean we can only physically hand-build a handful of these operational machines annually. Securing an allocation here locks in a specific production year and build slot (e.g., 2027 vs. 2028 delivery).

  3. Bespoke Commissions

    • The Model: Client Specified Model

    • Availability: Single-Unit Engineering Project

    • The Framework: Reserved for patrons looking to build an entirely unique, one-of-one masterpiece from the ground up, or a 1:4 scale machine engineered to precisely match a specific vehicle in their personal garage. These commissions are extremely limited and require an intensive, direct engineering consultation phase.

Phase 3: Allocation and Deposit

An allocation slot is officially secured only upon the execution of your Commission Agreement and the receipt of a non-refundable deposit. These funds directly lock in your chassis number, secure your placement on the build schedule, and initiate the spec process.

Due to the complex, hand-assembled nature of our functional components, engineering timelines vary by complexity. Progress updates and testing benchmarks will be shared privately with you throughout the build cycle. Non-refundable deposits only apply if a buyer decides to back out of an allocation, not from the inability to deliver a comissioned vehicle. Allocations are transferable. All information regarding allocation, deposit, and collection is provided in the Comission Agreement. Any questions can be directly asked to your Allocation Concierge.
